About Craighead-Green Gallery
Craighead-Green Gallery represents the finest in contemporary art from nationally and internationally recognized artists. Gallery director, Kenneth Craighead, and partner, Steve Green, opened the gallery in 1992 in the heart of the Dallas Arts District. The gallery focuses on contemporary paintings and sculptures in a myriad of media and styles.

Reception: November 21, 2009, 5-8pmLong time Dallas resident, Marci Crawford Harden, is presenting a continuation of her landscape paintings on canvas and board. Her growth with this body of work is evident not only in her continuing study of the exploration of light, shade and shadow, but also presenting the work in a much larger format than before. These larger paintings have presented a challenge for Harnden in the past but now she has been able to maintain the details and intimacy of what she feels is so important to present to the viewer.
